How much does it cost?

We offer sessions of fifty minutes on a regular basis with the same counsellor. The number and frequency of sessions can be discussed with the counsellor to suit you. Most people opt for six weekly sessions initially, but this can be extended or adjusted as required.

A counselling programme will begin with an initial assessment at a cost of £20, where a counsellor will discuss your needs and the counselling process with you.

The fee for each counselling session is £35. A discount is available if six sessions are paid in advance.
