Options Plus believes that providing a safe and comfortable environment can enable a client to explore issues and feelings safely and thus act as a springboard for fresh thinking and behaviours for a brighter future. All Options Plus counsellors are professionally trained and work to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy’s Standard and Ethics. Our counsellors have experience of dealing with a wide variety of underlying issues and are now providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), general counselling and support for:
