We've been busy, how about you?
Now that our new website is officially up and running we have turned our attention to our blog, a great space for you to engage with us and give us feedback on what you want us to offer.
Since our last post we've been up to a lot! Our Twitter and Facebook followings have grown, and we are posting regularly about not only the services we offer, but interesting news in the counselling industry, what we've been up to outside of the office and even updates on National Chocolate Cake Day!
We are now located in Southampton, Basingstoke, Milton Keynes and Portsmouth (Southsea), offering free problem gambling counselling, a paid-for counselling service and training and development for external organisations. Our qualified and experienced professionals are on-hand to listen to you and support you on any issue or life changes you are considering, no matter how small they may seem.
Now you're up to speed with what we've been doing, it's time to think about what you've been doing. Have you asked yourself...How am I?
Our counsellors here at Options are fully qualified and experienced in dealing with a wide range of issues including:
- Stress and Anxiety
- Life Changes
- Loss and Bereavement
- Eating Disorders
No problem is too small. After all, it's often the little things that snowball to become a bigger problem. This month, take some time out of spring cleaning your home to spring clean your mind. With our not-for-profit rates and excellently trained staff, we're here to help you take control of your health and well-being, for a brighter future.
We hope you enjoyed this update on what we've been up to since we last posted, and it would be great to hear back from you and find out how you've been doing to. Send us a tweet, a Facebook message, or fill in the contact form on our website form and find out what we can do for you today!
